I've been cooking since I was a young boy helping our mother in the kitchen. We are Danish and so most of what our mother made whe we were chilren was either Danish or a variation of something Danish. My brother and I were the muscle when she made Danish liver paste (leverpostej) and we were the tasters when she made Danish pastry or Danish cookies. The cookies, liver paste and Danish pastry were almost always made at Christmas but we did have them occasionally at other times of the year.
Over the years I have worked at a variety of jobs, bouncing between the construction industry and the food industry mostly, but I have always enjoyed cooking and creating meals and serving them to family and friends.
This site will be a collection of my favorite recipes, both from other sources, and from my own creations.
